Cancellations

Within 24 hours of making a payment, you may cancel your plan for a full refund or request to reschedule at no additional cost given that your consultation call is at least after 24 hours.

Less than 24 hours before the consultation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. However, you may request a reschedule, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, or

Sessions cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
